- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in to deposit a fairly large check and they refused to do so until they verified the funds. I waited for about 10 minutes while the lady that was supposed to be working on this helped someone else.. seriously?! And when i came back up to her when she finished helping someone else to see if there was anything I could do to help, she gave me this look like "why are you talking to me." So I asked to speak with the manager who told me that she could not deposit the check because I didn't have enough money in my account to make it "good." Really? I even told them I didn't need the money right away and if they needed to put a hold on my account until it went through that was fine, but they still said NO. I have deposited similar checks into my PNC account for years without any issues. These people made me feel like i was some sort of criminal that forged the check or something. I will be closing my account. You do not treat customers, especially those about to put a lot of money into your bank like this.By Anna D, June 25, 2017
